News like the above one really saddens me. Violence is bad in all terms and we should always stand against it. But, when someone attacks your favorite celebrity, I really can’t understand, how to react. I mean, what should we do? I don’t know ….
Oops! Sorry man, I didn’t tell you what is what and I am asking you to solve my trouble. Actually, all I am talking about is an incident where a 21 year man allegedly attacked Jason Momoa who played Ronon Dex on ‘Stargate Atlantis’. He has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
As per the statements of Las Angeles County District Attorney’s office, accused Dominic Bando is a resident of Venice. On November 15, he argued with actor Jason Momoa at a café on Franklin Avenue in Hollywood. Deputy Dist. Asst. Victoria Pasternack said that Dominic struck Momoa in the face with a pint beer glass, it shattered in his face and he needed 140 stitches during the reconstructive surgery. Jason is okay now and Bando is scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 10.
On ‘Stargate Atlantis’, Jason portrays Ronon Dex, a weapons specialist Satedan from Pegasus Galaxy. He had been a runner for several past years. After Dr. Beckett removed his Wraith taking device, he joined Sheppard’s team on Atlantis. His character on series was very liked by the viewers and Jason has secured a strong fan base with his portrayal of Ronon on series. Well, ‘Stargate Atlantis’ is currently running with third season. Recent episode of series was aired on November 21, 08 and it was entitled ‘Brain Storm’. Following it’d be ‘Infection’ on December 5, 08; ‘Identity’ on December 12, 08; ‘Vegas’ on January 1, 09; and ‘Enemy at the Gate’ on January 9, 08. Hey folks!
